Refund Policy

At VpsOrbit, we strive to provide high-performance Windows VPS, RDP, and server hosting services. Due to the nature of digital infrastructure and instant resource allocation, our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following specific conditions:

• Delivery Failure: If we fail to deliver your RDP or VPS within the promised setup time frame.
• Initial Non-Functionality: If the server credentials provided are non-functional at delivery and our technical support team is unable to fix the issue within 24 hours.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will NOT be accepted in the following circumstances:

• Once login credentials have been delivered and verified as working properly.
• Service suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service (such as mining, hacking, DDoS attacks, or spamming).
• Performance issues or IP blocks caused by third-party software, tools, or websites installed or accessed by the user.
• Failure on the customer's part to secure their server password or loss of login credentials after successful delivery.
• Change of mind after the service has been deployed and credentials sent.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a valid refund under eligible circumstances:

• Contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase via email or WhatsApp.
• Provide your order details, registered email address, and a detailed description/screenshot of the issue.
• Our team will inspect the case within 12–24 hours and issue a solution or process the refund accordingly.

4. Processing Time & Fees

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment channel (Mobile Banking / Bank Transfer). Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (if any) may be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds usually take 1 to 3 business days to reflect in your account.
